Ramona Wright is a Telly Award winning writer and producer, a Film Independent Project:Involve alumna, and TEDx speaker. She has written and produced short form content featuring a range of talent including Academy Award winner Jamie Foxx, Ryan Seacrest and various Grammy Award winners. Ramona is the co-founder of MojaMoja Music Awards and the creator of podcast THE CHAIR. In 2023, Ramona was honored with the President’s Lifetime Volunteer Service Award, the highest civil award bestowed by the President of he United States in recognition of volunteerism. 

Diara Newman is an award-winning screenwriter. Her 30-minute pilot script TOWNHALL won the 2022 Warner Bros. Discovery Writers Initiative at the American Black Film Festival. She is a graduate of George Washington University. Prior to transitioning into the entertainment industry, Diara was a journalist and field producer for CBS Mornings and Face the Nation where she covered the Derek Chauvin trial, Black Lives Matter protests, and the 2020 election. 

Sarah Sartell has produced newspapers, plays, podcasts, and broadcast news, where she won 3rd place for her entertainment segment at the Wisconsin Broadcaster’s Association. Sarah is currently a producer on virtual events with Advocates for Human Potential. She is a Journalism and Theater Arts double major from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and previously worked with an ABC/NBA affiliate station in Fort Myers,  Florida. Currently, Sarah is a WrightOne Media Group fellow and working on her new entertainment podcast, 411Gossip,

Princess DeSuze is a writer and content creator with a passion for film. Previously, she has written articles for her alma mater, Florida Southern College, and other online publications. Princess earned a BA in Communications (Cum Laude). She majored in Film Studies and Interpersonal/Organization Communications, with a minor in Women/Gender Studies. Her professional experience includes marketing and journalism. In addition to English, she speaks Japanese and Spanish. Currently, Princess is a WrightOne Media Group fellow.

Dhiraj Adhikari is a director, cinematographer and video editor from Nepal. He has directed, shot and edited more than 200 music videos with over 40+ million views on YouTube in total. He is the founder of DA Productions and was nominated for Best Music Video Director and Best Music Video Editor in Nepal’s Biggest Music Award, 2019. He has also won the Best Cinematographer in the 24 hrs Grand Rapids Film Festival in 2015. Dhiraj studied Film and Video Productions at Cornerstone University and graduated with the Media Program Award in 2019.

Allyssa Reyes is a film and media production professional with experience in development, production, and post-production. She currently serves as a Development Coordinator & Associate Producer at WrightOne Media Group, where she crafts pitch decks, conducts script coverage, and supports pre-production efforts for projects such as JACOB’S SON. She has produced branding materials and speaker graphics for major industry events, including the Urbanworld Innovation Summit and Film Festival. She has also worked as a producer and marketing strategist for independent artists.
